I am so excited to announce our amazing Constantly Evolving Summer Adventure retreat!! On a beautiful Cretan hill in Akrotiri facing Souda Bay, stands the gorgeous Villa Elements with its stunning views and surroundings. We are spending 7 magical days together in Villa Elements. We usually never do 7 days but I wanted to give you a chance to really soak it all in - we needed it now more then ever...
Crete with her incredible mountains and stunning beaches,endless olive and orange groves has so much to offer in just one place. Our days will be filled with many adventures, from training most mornings and some evenings to hiking, exploring canyons, swimming at stunning beaches, star gazing nights and more! Have you ever wanted to learn "tavli" the greek version of backgammon? Make your own clay pot, vase or bowl? We have many excursions available for you to choose from either on your own our with the entire group. As always, we will eat delicious food as we have two planned dinners with an outstanding private chef. The other nights we will explore the surrounding area including spectacular Chania.
Staying at Villa Elements we will really get a chance to feel at home for 7 days surrounded by inspiring views. That said we will have only 6 rooms available, as I am keeping this retreat intimate and exclusive. Our focus is always will be on our training and growth, and the small group will let us delve deeper into our practice, however we will truly fill our cups with the best of life.
Our training will consist of Inner series Methods which will include Yoga, Pilates, Barre, Dance Grooves and Martial Arts!!! The mix will always keep you well rounded and challenged.

This bedroom features a King-size bed, and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub including an aero massage. and direct access to the terrace, with a comfortable seating area under a pergola.

This bedroom features a King-size bed that may be converted to two single beds upon request. It also features an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub and direct access to the lawn-covered area.

This bedroom features a King-size bed, and an en-suite bathroom with a stand-up shower and bathtub. It also has direct access to a balcony offering never-ending views of the sea.

This bedroom features a king-size bed, and an ensuite bathroom equipped with a bathtub offering aero massage and hydro massage. It has a balcony with sea views.

This bedroom features a super king-size bed, which can be converted into two single beds upon request. It has an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. Direct access leads to a spacious veranda that includes a 6-seater hot tub with multiple jets for aero massage, hydro massage, and chromotherapy. The veranda also offers a shaded lounge area furnished with chaise longues. With panoramic views over the entire area, this space is an ideal spot to relax and enjoy breathtaking sunsets.

What is included:
*Included is 7 nights at beautiful Villa Elements, training, incredible spread for breakfast and two group dinners by a private chef to truly get a homemade experience (excluding drinks)
Not Included:
Airfare, transfers, Lunches, snacks, excursions and dinners outside of those stated above and alcoholic beverages.
Payment will be accepted in CHASE bank quick pay, Venmo or credit card through PayPal /Venmo (3% service fee is additional when using PayPal or Venmo credit card). A $ 1000 non-refundable or transferable deposit is required to secure spot (Sorry, no exceptions), this is on a first come basis. Please email for confirmation of space and room availability prior to submitting the deposit. If you are sharing rooms and your roommate cancels, then you are responsible for the remaining payment for the room. 50% of remaining payment is due March 30thFinal payment is due May 1, 2026. If you need a payment plan please contact me.
*You can of course pay any portion at any time before the deadlines.
Payments can also be split between cash and credit card if that will help you manage.
All payments are nonrefundable and non-transferable if canceled. If payments are not made at due date, the spot will be available to next person on the waitlist.
