Why choose this Yin course:
There are a lot of Yoga Teacher Training courses on the market. You should choose one that feels good.
Jane has done several teacher courses in the past and has learned what she finds important in a course and wants to share those aspects with you.
She is a down to earth yogi that will offer you a professional comprehensive course that she has created with a lot of passion. She has learned so much that she wants to share with you. As for mostly all of us, her first teacher training course was a big positive turning point in her live.
You will find a lot of teacher training centers & studios that have courses in huge groups.
We have chosen to work with small groups (18 max.). This creates a nice and intimate setting, were people can feel save and can share their experiences openly.
Working with small groups gives us the opportunity to give you enough attention and personal feedback.
Prerequisites:
It is desirable that you have attended yoga classes for some time (at least for a few months).
You need to be in good health both physically and mentally. Injuries can be accommodated.
Please send an email if you are not sure about your physical or mental abilities.
Recommended read:
Jane recommends you to read ‘The Complete Guide to Yin Yoga’ by Bernie Clark either before, during or straight after the Yin training. It will give you a lot of in-depth information. Information Jane also give you during the training, but it’s great to repeat what we learn so that it will stay put in our brains.
